Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Western Cape promoted show at Cape Town De Jongh, Cape Town,  taking place on 01/12/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Western Cape Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Athenkosi Gumede (6 - 1 - 3) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Naftali Magqwaka(10 - 7 - 2) from Mitchells Plain, South Africa.  Both Gumede and Magqwaka weighed in at 200 pounds.
