Diego Obando vs Lorenzo Laguna

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uruguay-Montevideo promoted show at Nicandro Bea Gym, Montevideo,  taking place on 03/12/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uruguay Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Obando (7 - 9(1)) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Lorenzo Laguna(9 - 3) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Obando and Laguna weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ximen Bermudes, and the three ringside judges are Loredo Tio, Iago Ramon and Neron Villarruel.  

Round 1: 

Laguna lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Laguna holds on to his opponent.  Laguna is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
