Dai Ferris vs Farhan Shafi

Boxing Daily Report from the Papafio Promotions promoted show at Victor Gubay Gym, Worcester,  taking place on 01/12/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Massachusetts Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dai Ferris (13 - 1 - 1) who hails from Boston, USA and Farhan Shafi(12 - 11 - 2) from Lowell, USA.  Ferris weighed in at 125 pounds and 5 ounces, while Shafi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Burt, and the three ringside judges are Charles Keath, Bart McWethy and Dave Greenan.  

Round 1: 

Ferris tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
