Danny Couts vs Paul Kilman

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 10/01/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Oceania Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Danny The Thin Man Couts (16(2) - 1(1)) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Paul Kilman(16 - 3) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Both Couts and Kilman weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Taggart, and the three ringside judges are Paul Phaup, Ian Corrie and Corey Pait.
