Manchu Penn vs Tung Fan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Zhejiang promoted show at Taizhou Toh, Taizhou,  taking place on 15/11/2025:

Clearly AI China-Zhejiang have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Zhejiang Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Manchu Penn (8 - 7 - 2) who hails from Wenzhou, China and Tung Fan(2 - 7 - 3) from Hangzhou, China.  Penn weighed in at 117 pounds And 1 ounces, while Fan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is HuiK'o Yue, and the three ringside judges are Dewei Tern, Ye Wu and Liang Seng.
