Leo Weems vs Ollie Kirk

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Alberta promoted show at Edmonton Penney, Edmonton,  taking place on 16/12/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-Alberta Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leo Weems (12 - 0) who hails from Edmonton, Canada and Ollie Kirk(9 - 6 - 2) from Calgary, Canada.  Both Weems and Kirk weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Spade, and the three ringside judges are Dylan Humiston, Robert Mower and Chris Crear.  

Round 1: 

Kirk quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Weems lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Kirk pivots from in front of his opponent.  Weems finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Weems gets on the inside and connects with a left hook.  
Weems lands a left hook followed by  two straights to his opponents head.
