Diego Ricardo vs Eduardo Cain

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at Gimnasio Fight Club, San Jose,  taking place on 16/12/2025:

Clearly AI Costa Rica-San Jose have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Costa Rica-San Jose Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Ricardo (4 - 5) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Eduardo Cain(3 - 1 - 1) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Ricardo and Cain weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Onofre Marrufo, and the three ringside judges are Pancho Marroquin, Onofre Marrufo and Santiago Cendejas.  

Round 1: 

Ricardo is looking to keep his distance and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
