Anthony Gwenn vs Owen Ellis

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Count Promotions promoted show at KC Stadium, Hull,  taking place on 10/01/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Anthony Gwenn (16(5) - 0) who hails from Swansea, UK and Owen Ellis(15 - 5 - 1) from London, UK.  Gwenn weighed in at 147 pounds, while Ellis weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Macmillan, and the three ringside judges are Dale Watkins, Nathan Still and David Duffy.  

Round 1: 

Ellis walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Gwenn drives a stinging right hook into his opponents body.
