Ramirez Caro vs Xeres Galiano

Boxing Daily Report from the Habe Promotions promoted show at Porfio Gramajo Gym, Quito,  taking place on 18/12/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ramirez Caro (5 - 7(1) - 2) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Xeres Galiano(14(1) - 0) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Caro and Galiano weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leonel Armenta, and the three ringside judges are Manuel Moralez, Paco Florez and Enzo Roque.  

Round 1: 

Galiano closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Galiano.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
