Rich Scroggins vs Mel Elliot

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guyana-North promoted show at Georgetown Ruxton, Georgetown,  taking place on 17/12/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Guyana Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rich Scroggins (6 - 3) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Mel Elliot(8 - 5(1) - 1) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Both Scroggins and Elliot weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vince Johnstone, and the three ringside judges are Jasper Harkness, Danny Malis and Rob Pate.
