Aaron Molpus vs Ian Finnegan

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Gigg Lane Stadium, Bury,  taking place on 07/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aaron Molpus (14 - 0) who hails from London, UK and Ian Finnegan(13 - 8(1) - 2) from London, UK.  Molpus weighed in at 200 pounds, while Finnegan weighed in at 199 pounds And 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ken McRoberts, and the three ringside judges are Dale Watkins, Steven Kilduff and Matthew McAlister.  

Round 1: 

Molpus advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.
