Floyd Forbush vs Rob Waugh

Boxing Daily Report from the Bones Promotions promoted show at San Francisco Jesus, San Francisco,  taking place on 30/12/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Floyd Forbush (7 - 0) who hails from Evansville, USA and Rob Waugh(2 - 2 - 1) from Miami, USA.  Both Forbush and Waugh weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenzie Bryce, and the three ringside judges are Mark Kinnock, Dylan Nield and Paul Snedden.  

Round 1: 

Forbush leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Waugh tries to tag Forbush on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Waugh switches the action to the outside.  Forbush lands a solid cross.  
Forbush gets on the inside.  Waugh sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Waugh throws a right uppercut, but Forbush holds on to his opponent.  Forbush is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Forbush is on target with a left hook to Waugh's body.  
Forbush lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Forbush is looking to close the distance and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Waugh switches the action to the outside.  Forbush hits home with a cross.  
Forbush steps inside.  Waugh throws a right uppercut, but Forbush clinches his opponent.  Forbush uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Waugh behind the head. As they grapple, Forbush pushes his forearm into Waugh's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Forbush lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Waugh is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Forbush lands a jab followed by  two overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Forbush gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Forbush lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Waugh tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Forbush lands a cross.  
Forbush gets on the inside and hits home with a left hook.  Forbush holds on to his opponent.  Forbush pushes his forearm into Waugh's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Forbush to stop fouling.  
Waugh throws a right hook, but Forbush ties up his opponent.  Forbush leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Forbush's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Waugh sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Waugh throws a right hook, but Forbush holds on to his opponent.  Waugh is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Waugh.  
Forbush lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Forbush's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Waugh's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
