Alejandro Celis vs Ignado Capistran

Boxing Daily Report from the Mashaba Promotions promoted show at Managua Ravelo, Managua,  taking place on 26/11/2025:

Clearly Mashaba Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Managua Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Celis (11 - 7 - 1) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Ignado Capistran(6 - 3 - 8) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Celis weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces, while Capistran weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Salvador Oyola, and the three ringside judges are Antonio Quintero, Ignado Siguenza and Gabriel Morejon.  

Round 1: 

Celis is looking to keep his distance.  Capistran throws an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
