Zafa Kamali vs John Akinola

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Osun State promoted show at Bright Apiafi Gym, Ife,  taking place on 26/11/2025:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Osun State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Osun State Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zafa Kamali (11 - 1 - 2) who hails from Ilesa, Nigeria and John Akinola(6 - 3 - 1) from Osogbo, Nigeria.  Both Kamali and Akinola weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ifeanyi Ezukam, and the three ringside judges are Mfon Nemine, Brown Prest and Godfrey Nduka.
