Rabiu Akpovi vs Idris Ekhosuehi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Oyo State promoted show at Olufemi Atulewa Gym, Oyo,  taking place on 26/11/2025:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Oyo State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Oyo State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rabiu Akpovi (10 - 6 - 2) who hails from Ogbomosho, Nigeria and Idris Ekhosuehi(10 - 4 - 3) from Ibadan, Nigeria.  Both Akpovi and Ekhosuehi weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zain Yousuf, and the three ringside judges are Haaris Chahine, Orji Adeniji and Ifeanyi Dosunmu.
