Fedar Sarkans vs Valeri Zibens

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Zernebog Chakste Gym, Riga,  taking place on 25/12/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Latvia-Riga Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fedar Sarkans (4 - 1 - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Valeri Zibens(5 - 3) from Riga, Latvia.  Sarkans weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces, while Zibens weighed in at 146 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fadei Zvaigznite, and the three ringside judges are Aleksei Ubags, Pyotr Rutitis and Igor Kovals.
