Selik Stockman vs Kristian Meis

Boxing Daily Report from the Jacob Howes promoted show at Jacob Gym, Munich,  taking place on 13/12/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Selik Stockman (6 - 0) who hails from Wuppertal, Germany and Kristian Meis(3 - 10) from Halle, Germany.  Stockman weighed in at 160 pounds, while Meis weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Arnold Gerdeman, and the three ringside judges are Reamonn Dade, Bertram Stockner and Bannruod Aken.  

Round 1: 

Meis steps inside.  Meis quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Stockman lands a left hook.  
Meis closes the distance and manouvers Stockman into the corner.  Meis throws a left hook, but Stockman holds on to his opponent.  Meis leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Stockman connects with a cross.

Stockman lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Stockman finds the target with a jab.  
Meis tries to land a left hook, but Stockman blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Stockman pivots to the side of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.

Meis gets on the inside.  Stockman lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Meis steps inside.  Stockman voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Meis steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.

Stockman lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.

Stockman strikes his opponents body with a jab.

Meis steps inside.  Stockman lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Meis is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but Stockman ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Stockman's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Stockman tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with a stinging jab.  
Stockman switches the action to the outside and lands a jab.  
Stockman is on target with a jab.  
Meis advances into close range and connects with a left uppercut.  Stockman clinches his opponent.  Meis is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Meis to stop fouling.
