Waqas Askerov vs Danyaal Lodhi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-East Azerbaijan promoted show at Tabriz Safarli, Tabriz,  taking place on 01/12/2025:

Clearly AI Iran-East Azerbaijan have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-East Azerbaijan Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Askerov (5 - 0) who hails from Tabriz, Iran and Danyaal Lodhi(10 - 1) from Tabriz, Iran.  Both Askerov and Lodhi weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Farhan Isgandarov, and the three ringside judges are Waleed Sadyhov, Haaris Hana and Danyaal Topchibashev.
