Bo-kyung Jo vs Sung-ryong Cha

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Korea-Incheon promoted show at Incheon Pong, Incheon,  taking place on 01/12/2025:

Clearly AI South Korea-Incheon have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Korea-Incheon Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bo-kyung Jo (9 - 11) who hails from Incheon, South Korea and Sung-ryong Cha(9 - 8 - 1) from Incheon, South Korea.  Both Jo and Cha weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Min-hyeok Ju, and the three ringside judges are Bo-kyung Her, Chul Pyun and Shin-wook Tan.  

Round 1: 

Jo advances into close range.  Jo is on target with a left hook.  Jo attempts to land a left hook, but Cha blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Jo pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Cha lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Jo lands a left uppercut.  
Jo stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Cha finds the target with a jab.  
Jo advances into close range.  Cha hits home with a right hook.  
Jo is looking to close the distance.  As Jo tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Cha dabs at his face checking for damage.

Jo lands a jab.  
Jo closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Jo's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Cha's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.
