Brad Eidson vs Paul McRobbie

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 24/01/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Oceania Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Brad Eidson (14(1) - 1) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Paul McRobbie(12 - 0) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Eidson and McRobbie weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Cacciari, and the three ringside judges are Dave Antoni, Chris Weir and Francesco Ghiglia.
