Boxing Daily Report from the Nabighyan Promotions promoted show at Izmir Denkel, Izmir,  taking place on 01/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Turkey-Izmir Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Asil Ecevit (11 - 0 - 1) who hails from Izmir, Turkey and Goker Soysert(9 - 2) from Izmir, Turkey.  Both Ecevit and Soysert weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Suleiman Ozbey, and the three ringside judges are Iskender Tekeli, Ayberk Akinci and Tolga Basher.
