Boxing Daily Report from the Ado Promotions promoted show at Luka Stepushkin Gym, Kharkiv,  taking place on 02/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Kharkiv Oblast Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Avel Babich (12 - 4 - 3) who hails from Kharkiv, Ukraine and Evgeny Janko(10 - 7 - 2) from Kharkiv, Ukraine.  Babich weighed in at 257 pounds and 5 ounces, while Janko weighed in at 239 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lazar Minenkov, and the three ringside judges are Lazar Minenkov, Oleksander Wolinski and Boris Lipovsky.
