Leighton Gefroh vs Ian Brown

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Washington promoted show at Hugh Lockart Gym, Tacoma,  taking place on 02/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Washington Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leighton Gefroh (9 - 5) who hails from Seattle, USA and Ian Brown(7 - 2) from Seattle, USA.  Gefroh weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces, while Brown weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Phil Maffett, and the three ringside judges are John Jean-Baptiste, Oliver Hines and Jack Balch.  

Round 1: 

Brown steps inside and is on target with a left hook.
