Kishore Batta vs Adnan Rasheed

Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at KD Singh Babu Stadium Indoor Hall, Lucknow,  taking place on 15/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Uttar Pradesh Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kishore Batta (8 - 0) who hails from Lucknow, India and Adnan Rasheed(9 - 4 - 2) from Kanpur, India.  Batta weighed in at 135 pounds, while Rasheed weighed in at 134 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dayaram Bala, and the three ringside judges are Mahinder Bhunder, Devdas Fugro and Devdas Fugro.
