Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Korakuen Hall, Tokyo,  taking place on 03/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Aoi Obara (5 - 0) who hails from Kobe, Japan and Yuichi Takayama(6 - 7 - 3) from Hirakata, Japan.  Obara weighed in at 112 pounds, while Takayama weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Shiroma, and the three ringside judges are Fumio Nakazawa, Hikaru Mikami and Hisoka Enomoto.
