Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Rhenus Sport, Strasbourg,  taking place on 24/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the EU Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal + Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Evgeni á Zhivkov (25(21) - 0) who hails from Varna, Bulgaria and Jordan Meaney(16 - 3 - 3) from Dublin, Ireland.  Zhivkov weighed in at 146 pounds and 9 ounces, while Meaney weighed in at 147 pounds.
