Boxing Daily Report from the AI Croatia-Zagreb promoted show at Zagreb Curkovic, Zagreb,  taking place on 07/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Croatia-Zagreb Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Planet Sport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ljubomir Škobelj (6 - 1) who hails from Zagreb, Croatia and Miro Šuprinovic(6 - 3) from Zagreb, Croatia.  Škobelj weighed in at 134 pounds and 10 ounces, while Šuprinovic weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Draško Lipovac, and the three ringside judges are Karlo Katovic, Mislav Kozina and Miloš Stipetic.
