Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Berjaya Convention Centre, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 12/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Abdul Wassan (16(1) - 1) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Slamet Rappa(18(1) - 3) from Batam, Indonesia.  Both Wassan and Rappa weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Azam Hamdan, and the three ringside judges are Farhan Younis, Shayan Hossain and Khalid Lodhi.
