Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Civic Auditorium, San Jose,  taking place on 09/02/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lucas Otero (14(2) - 0 - 1) who hails from Riverside, USA and Vidal Belles(12 - 3(1) - 1) from San Francisco, USA.  Both Otero and Belles weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Seay, and the three ringside judges are Hayden Kemble, Cody Bustamante and John Gourley.
