Nakif Koroma vs Georgiy Karimov

Boxing Daily Report from the Classy Boxing promoted show at Hamid Alimdjan Theater, Samarqand,  taking place on 19/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Uzbek Sport, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Nakif Koroma (11 - 0) who hails from Toshkent, Uzbekistan and Georgiy Karimov(3 - 5 - 2) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  Koroma weighed in at 108 pounds, while Karimov weighed in at 107 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ahmed Shariff, and the three ringside judges are Yaman Janaliyev, Arseni Nadjafov and Seyfulla Aliev.
