Alejandro Almeda vs Porfio Melchior

Boxing Daily Report from the Cestrian promotions promoted show at Isabela Ballroom, Madrid,  taking place on 16/02/2026:

Clearly Cestrian promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Almeda (11(1) - 0) who hails from Seville, Spain and Porfio Melchior(2 - 4 - 2) from Alicante, Spain.  Both Almeda and Melchior weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dimos Casiano, and the three ringside judges are Senon Gamero, Xaverius Cordero and Rodrigo Hurtado.
