Boxing Daily Report from the Elite Prizefighters promoted show at Bowlers Arena, Manchester,  taking place on 16/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Apted (10(1) - 0) who hails from Bristol, UK and Chris Idle(8 - 9 - 3) from London, UK.  Apted weighed in at 240 pounds and 1 ounces, while Idle weighed in at 236 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Llewellyn, and the three ringside judges are Mike Burchardt, Paul McIver and Robert Bevans.
