Boxing Daily Report from the Akafia Promotions promoted show at Dushanbe Djabbarov, Dushanbe,  taking place on 14/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the West Asian Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Varzish TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dimi Halilov (14 - 4) who hails from Samarqand, Uzbekistan and Boris Dosaev(12(3) - 3(1)) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Both Halilov and Dosaev weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hamid Najjar, and the three ringside judges are Kazim Anwar, Marlen Zaiylkanow and Timofei Gajarov.
