Nathan Jones vs Henry McGovern

Boxing Daily Report from the Swolefrey promoted show at Greenbank Sports Centre, Liverpool,  taking place on 12/01/2026:

Clearly Swolefrey have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Central England Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nathan Jones (13 - 7) who hails from Derby, UK and Henry McGovern(7 - 7 - 1) from Birmingham, UK.  Both Jones and McGovern weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Colden, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Dunn, Mark Bonnar and Ronald McCauley.  

Round 1:
