Chris Nargizian vs Rob Duggan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Victoria promoted show at Melbourne Quill, Melbourne,  taking place on 16/01/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Oceania Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Nargizian (15 - 5 - 3) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Rob Duggan(16(5) - 7(5)) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Nargizian weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces, while Duggan weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gethin Mitchell, and the three ringside judges are Gareth Dovey, Joey Mahtesyan and Mark McBride.
