Raoul Songoo vs Severin Christophe

Boxing Daily Report from the Hamidou Promotions promoted show at Hamidou Gym, Garoua,  taking place on 16/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Raoul Songoo (8 - 6 - 4) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Severin Christophe(7 - 8(1) - 3) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Both Songoo and Christophe weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ferrand Kweuke, and the three ringside judges are Sinjon Ndjodo, Senior Binoche and Verity Shaznay.  

Round 1: 

Songoo steps away from his opponent.  Christophe lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.
