Pierre Flores vs Carvell Bernardis

Boxing Daily Report from the Tshwete Promotions promoted show at Montreal Pigalle, Montreal,  taking place on 16/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Quebec Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pierre Flores (13(1) - 4 - 1) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Carvell Bernardis(7 - 11 - 4) from Montreal, Canada.  Flores weighed in at 122 pounds, while Bernardis weighed in at 121 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Mabon, and the three ringside judges are James Mabon, Verrier Luna and Elliot Girardot.  

Round 1: 

Flores closes the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Flores pivots to the side of his opponent and lands with a sharp jab.
