Ovidio Lavin vs Alano Borra

Boxing Daily Report from the Vilakazi Promotions promoted show at Puente Alto Castilla, Puente Alto,  taking place on 14/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Chile-Santiago Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ovidio Lavin (13 - 4) who hails from La Florida, Chile and Alano Borra(5 - 9 - 4) from La Florida, Chile.  Both Lavin and Borra weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Vidales, and the three ringside judges are Angel Vea, Antonio Vasquez and Vicente Pintor.  

Round 1: 

Lavin gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Lavin lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Lavin holds on to his opponent.  Lavin pushes his forearm into Borra's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
