Clinton Smiles vs Jordan Belles

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Rattlesnake Gym, Arlington,  taking place on 08/01/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Clinton Smiles (8(4) - 0) who hails from Boise, USA and Jordan Belles(4 - 4 - 1) from Rancho Cucamonga, USA.  Smiles weighed in at 125 pounds and 12 ounces, while Belles weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Henry Messer, and the three ringside judges are David Smyth, Floyd Celestino and Asif Farra.  

Round 1: 

Smiles closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Smiles lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Smiles gets on the inside.  Smiles quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Smiles connects with a sharp left hook.  
Smiles attempts to land a left hook, but Belles blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Smiles is on target with a sharp left uppercut to Belles's body.  
Smiles sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Smiles lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Smiles manages to force Belles into a corner.  Smiles lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Belles throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Belles's body.  
Belles lands with a solid jab.  
Smiles lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Smiles closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.

Smiles forces Belles to back into a corner.  Smiles digs in a left hook to Belles's ribs.  
Smiles hits home with a solid jab.  
Smiles steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Smiles lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  As Smiles tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Belles dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Smiles connects with a stinging right hook.  
Smiles lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Smiles lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Belles almost instantly recovers.
