Dragan á Popkov vs Yordan á Baskakov

Boxing Daily Report from the Ako Promotions promoted show at Sofia Fedotov, Sofia,  taking place on 15/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Bulgaria Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Diema Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dragan á Popkov (9 - 9 - 2) who hails from Sofia, Bulgaria and Yordan á Baskakov(15 - 1) from Burgas, Bulgaria.  Both Popkov and Baskakov weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Valko á Kubadinski, and the three ringside judges are Ognyan á Litvinov, Kamen á Rangelov and Krastio á Penkov.
