Malcolm Eason vs Aaron Lamont

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Alberta promoted show at Calgary Ruxton, Calgary,  taking place on 15/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Alberta Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malcolm Eason (6 - 7 - 1) who hails from Edmonton, Canada and Aaron Lamont(12 - 6) from Calgary, Canada.  Eason weighed in at 199 pounds and 9 ounces, while Lamont weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dylan Humiston, and the three ringside judges are Malcolm Jones, Charles Wardrop and Charlie Ainsley.  

Round 1: 

Lamont steps inside and tries to land a left uppercut, but Eason blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
