Sierra Palomarez vs Hernan Salamanca

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Antioquia promoted show at Medellin Siles, Medellin,  taking place on 17/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Colombia-Antioquia Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sierra Palomarez (10 - 5 - 3) who hails from Medellin, Colombia and Hernan Salamanca(8 - 0) from Medellin, Colombia.  Palomarez weighed in at 122 pounds, while Salamanca weighed in at 121 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Emilio Lucas, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Rayo, Carlos Betancur and Olindo Cabanilla.
