Boxing Daily Report from the Chikane Promotions promoted show at Giza Abbas, Giza,  taking place on 18/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Egypt-Giza Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Modern Sport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalid Elkholy (10 - 0) who hails from Giza, Egypt and Gazi Bahaa-Eldin(8 - 12 - 6) from Giza, Egypt.  Elkholy weighed in at 129 pounds And 5 ounces, while Bahaa-Eldin weighed in at 130 pounds.
