Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Brittany promoted show at Wyatt Giono Gym, Rennes,  taking place on 19/01/2026:

Clearly AI France-Brittany have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Brittany Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Varden Becotte (2 - 9 - 3) who hails from Brest, France and Julien Jalabert(9 - 9 - 3) from Rennes, France.  Becotte weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces, while Jalabert weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lance Belgard, and the three ringside judges are Laramie Baston, Lance Belgard and Chevy Du Jeu.
