Antwan Falconer vs William Osmond

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Big Gym, London,  taking place on 18/01/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Antwan Falconer (9(4) - 0) who hails from Leeds, UK and William Osmond(3 - 1(1) - 1) from Birmingham, UK.  Falconer weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces, while Osmond weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zach Underwood, and the three ringside judges are Richie Harp, Connor Hamel and Ron MacArthur.  

Round 1: 

Falconer advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Falconer ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Falconer pushes his forearm into Osmond's face.  The referee warns Falconer and breaks the clinch.  
Osmond pivots to the right of his opponent.  Falconer throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Falconer holds on to his opponent.  Falconer leans on his opponent using all his weight. Falconer uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Osmond's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Falconer closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Falconer holds on to his opponent.  Falconer is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Falconer's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Falconer lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Falconer ties up his opponent.  Falconer leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Falconer throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Falconer quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Osmond throws a right hook, but Falconer holds on to his opponent.  Falconer leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Falconer quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Falconer gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Falconer holds on to his opponent.  Falconer leans on his opponent using all his weight. Falconer tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Osmond behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Falconer.  
Falconer lands a right hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body.

Falconer manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Falconer is on target with a right hook.

Falconer lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Falconer clinches his opponent.  Falconer leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Osmond is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Falconer finds the target with a jab.  
Falconer gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut.

Osmond tries to keep the action at long range.  Falconer feints a left, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Falconer gets on the inside.  Osmond pivots to the right of his opponent.  Osmond throws a left hook, but Falconer holds on to his opponent.  Falconer is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Falconer's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Falconer pivots to the side of his opponent.  Osmond connects with a cross.  
Falconer drives a firm left hook into Osmond's ribs.  
Falconer lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Osmond's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Osmond's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Falconer lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Falconer gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.

Falconer drives a left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  Falconer clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Falconer pushes his forearm into Osmond's face.  The referee warns Falconer and breaks the clinch.  Falconer attempts to land a right uppercut, but Osmond blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Falconer lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Falconer crashes a mean right hook to his opponents ribs.  OSMOND IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Falconer sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Falconer lands a left hook, cross and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS OSMOND DOWN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Falconer!
