Robert Kpegah vs Nuru Ankomah

Boxing Daily Report from the Selasee Promotions promoted show at Accra Agyemang, Accra,  taking place on 18/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Kpegah (14 - 4 - 1) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Nuru Ankomah(11 - 6 - 2) from Accra, Ghana.  Kpegah weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces, while Ankomah weighed in at 174 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Neil Sribor, and the three ringside judges are Chris Asante, Usi Boakye and Louis Kugblenu.
