Diederick Gentsch vs Vida Helbig

Boxing Daily Report from the Ayensu Promotions promoted show at Mannheim Gerads, Mannheim,  taking place on 20/01/2026:

Clearly Ayensu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Germany-Baden-Wurttemberg Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SPORT1, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diederick Gentsch (14 - 0) who hails from Heilbronn, Germany and Vida Helbig(10 - 10 - 4) from Freiburg, Germany.  Both Gentsch and Helbig weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wilmot Pieters, and the three ringside judges are Wilburt Jude, David Andes and Janez Kring.
