Erik Blatt vs Fred Hoffman

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-Lower Saxony promoted show at Roald Stoyer Gym, Braunschweig,  taking place on 18/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Germany-Lower Saxony Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Erik Blatt (6 - 0) who hails from Braunschweig, Germany and Fred Hoffman(10 - 2 - 3) from Hanover, Germany.  Blatt weighed in at 139 pounds and 12 ounces, while Hoffman weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Baltasar Markert, and the three ringside judges are Burk Alberding, Burk Alberding and Lodovico Johnsen.
