Quinto Cantero vs Sierra Curto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guatemala-Guatemala promoted show at Guatemala City Ortiz, Guatemala City,  taking place on 20/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Guatemala-Guatemala Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on El Súper Canal, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quinto Cantero (8 - 2) who hails from Mixco, Guatemala and Sierra Curto(16 - 1) from Guatemala City, Guatemala.  Cantero weighed in at 125 pounds and 10 ounces, while Curto weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zacarias Riso, and the three ringside judges are Reynaldo Ruis, Paco Febles and Zacarias Arellanes.
