Ichiro Murayama vs Yasushi Takahashi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at Eiji Shimomura Gym, Yokosuka,  taking place on 23/12/2025:

Clearly AI Japan-Kanagawa have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kanagawa Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ichiro Murayama (3 - 4 - 3) who hails from Kawasaki, Japan and Yasushi Takahashi(3 - 11 - 5) from Yokohama, Japan.  Murayama weighed in at 154 pounds, while Takahashi weighed in at 153 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yasushi Iwasaki, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Ishibashi, Takeo Uchida and Takeshi Murakami.
